Overview

WinningNote ("the App") is a tactical animation editor for team sports, developed by CodersHigh. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about data practices.

Data We Collect

1. Data Stored on Your Device Only

• Claude API Key: If you use AI features, your API key is stored securely in your device's Keychain. It is never transmitted to our servers.
• Tactics Documents: All documents are stored locally and optionally synced via iCloud (Apple's end-to-end encrypted cloud service).

2. Data Sent to Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API): When using AI tactics generation, your prompts are sent directly to Anthropic's API using your own API key. We do not proxy, store, or access this data. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Apple iCloud: If iCloud sync is enabled, documents sync through Apple's CloudDocuments service, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Optional Feedback

If you submit feedback through the in-app form:

• Feedback category (bug, feature request, partnership)
• Your message
• Email address (optional)
• App metadata: version, OS, language, platform

Processed through Formspree, used solely to improve the App.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location, contacts, photos, or camera data
• No browsing history
• No personally identifiable information without your action

Data Storage & Security

• API keys encrypted via Apple Keychain
• iCloud data encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest
• All network communications use HTTPS
• No data stored on our servers

Children's Privacy

WinningNote does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
